4.    Pricing Policy


For our Business Customers, iQASH has carefully designed a pricing policy that prioritizes convenience and value for money. We charge a fee of 0.50% for every incoming and outgoing SEPA wire transfer, with a minimum fee of €2.50 per transaction if the calculated fee is below that amount. Similarly, for every incoming and outgoing SWIFT wire transfer, we charge a fee of 0.75%, with a minimum fee of €5.50 if the calculated fee falls below that threshold. Additionally, for conversions between the Current Accounts and Crypto Wallets, we charge a fee of 1.5%. To cover the cost of maintaining and managing your dedicated EUR current accounts, we have a monthly fee of €250. For Crypto Custody, we charge a monthly management fee of 0.15% based on the assets held, along with an additional €1 per wallet to ensure the highest level of security. Furthermore, for account opening, including KYC/KYB (Know Your Customer/Know Your Business) and customer data verification, we have a one-time fee of €850. To enhance convenience for our valued business customers, we offer a downloadable summarized price list that provides a comprehensive overview of our pricing here.


For our Private Customers, iQASH applies a fee of 0.15% for both incoming and outgoing SEPA wire transfers. However, we have set a minimum fee of €1.50 per transaction if the calculated fee is below that amount. In the same manner, for incoming and outgoing SWIFT wire transfers, we charge a fee of 0.25% with a minimum fee of €2.50 if the calculated fee falls below that threshold. Additionally, for conversions between the Current Accounts and Crypto Wallets, there is a fee of 1.5%. To cover the cost of maintaining and managing your dedicated EUR current accounts, we have a monthly fee of €10. For Crypto Custody, there is a monthly management fee of 0.15% based on the assets held, along with an additional €1 per wallet to ensure the highest level of security. Moreover, for account opening, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and customer data verification, we have a one-time fee of €5. The issuing of debit cards costs €10 per account for both types of customers.

5.    Complaints Handling

How to Lodge a Complaint

 

If you are unsatisfied with our products and/or services, you can lodge a complaint by sending an email to: complaints@iqash.net. To help us address your complaint quickly, please ensure that your email includes a clear description of the facts surrounding your complaint and any supporting documents or evidence, if available. Additionally, please indicate what resolution or remediation you are seeking.

 

Once we receive your complaint, we will send you an acknowledgement email within two working days.

 

Handling Your Complaint

 

We will promptly investigate your complaint and strive to provide you with a final response within fifteen (15) working days from the date of complaint submission. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a final response within the expected timeframe, we will inform you about the reasons for the delay and give you an estimate of when the investigation will be completed.

 

Additional Options

 

If, after receiving our final decision, you are still dissatisfied and meet the eligibility criteria, you have the option to escalate your complaint to the Office of the Arbiter of Financial Services (‘Arbiter’).
